Name	C & A

Originally known as C & A Modes Ltd., the more familiar 'C & A' store continued in business until 2007.  It had been rebuilt after wartime bombing and opened in 1955.  The building remained in 2014, but C & A were yet another name that had disappeared from the retail landscape.  The lower levels had been updated and, in June 2014, included New Look and Easy Gym about to replace the closed JJB Sports.
